Pilates equipment brings a different focus to Pilates. It will enhance support and improve the effectiveness of your workout. It gives the body the feed back it needs in order to change, developing stronger, better organised movement. The studio is fully equipped with 7 x Reformers, A Cadillac, Pilates Chairs, The Barrel and Various Arcs. You can access this in a 1-2-1 or a small group class.
The Oov activates core-stabilisation muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. From stretching to core stabilising, to rehabilitation or for relaxing, the Oov offers significant benefits for spine and over all health.
Reformer Class is for those who enjoy being part of a group class and want quick results. The reformer will give your body the feedback it needs to improve posture, movement and body tone, It will leave you feeling stretched and standing taller.
The Gym Session is the traditional Pilates Method, You’ll have a program designed for your personal needs. You will work towards your goals in a small group using all the full equipment.

Our Instructors can design an individually tailored program that specifically fits with your particular fitness or rehabilitation requirements and goals. Equipment work varies in skill level, from beginner to rehabilitative and advanced levels. On the Equipment you work with the resistance of the springs of different strengths to either increase the demand of the exercise or to provide more support for the body & spine.
This makes the equipment work suitable for almost everyone (14 years and over). Gym Induction You must complete a Gym Induction before joining the Pilates Gym sessions. This includes a 15 minute screening and two 1-2-1 sessions to develop your individual exercise programme and your first gym session to get you started. This is not required if you are already working 1-2-1 with an instructor building towards a gym.

A 1-2-1 session to review your gym goals and progress is recommended every 6 weeks to 2 months. You may be given some new exercises or progressions to help you reach your goals. This is a chance to review your exercises in more depth than the gym allows.
