  • Your medical details provided on the health questionnaire in order for you to participate safely in our classes. 

  • Your job details, if you provide them on your health questionnaire. 

  • The contact details of the person you nominate as your emergency contact person: including their phone number, name, email address, address.

  • Your purchase history of classes and products.

We collect this data to help ensure that our Pilates instructors have all the relevant information needed to determine the best class for your needs.

How Your Data is Stored and Secured
We share your data with Mind and Body Online website that we use as our main booking and payment site. Your data will be processed on MindBody Online in order to provide an online booking and payment service. This is a safe secure established system. MBO have their own privacy policy which can be viewed on their website.

Our website is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. have their own data privacy policy that you can view on their website. Our web-developer, Pollinate Create, has a link on our website and is covered by their own privacy policy.

Our website uses cookies to give our visitors the best, most personalised user experience. You will be asked if you accept our use of cookies when you visit our website and provided with more detail on this should you need it.

We will share your data if we are required to do so by law – for example, by court order, or to prevent fraud or other crime. 

How Long We Keep Your Data
We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this document and/or the law requires us to. In general, this means that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years.
