Group Mat Work Class focuses on a series of pilates movements incorporating strength flexibility and mobility. The exercises are progressive and safe, allowing you to work at your own pace with emphasis on technique.

I really enjoy my mat work classes with Kate - they are relaxed and accessible - but my muscles and particularly my back still get a work out! I especially like how Kate gives us different options - so we can push ourselves, but to our own top level. She has made me aware that I have muscles in places I didn't know I they existed! If I tell her I have a specific stiffness/aches at the start of class she will often incorporate exercises into that weeks class that help them - this is possible as the class sizes are generally small.
