1-2-1 Pilates
 

1-2-1 Pilates sessions start with a personal assessment to allow the practitioner to design a program especially for your personal requirements and goals. Working with personal 1-2-1 instructor is by far the best option if you have an injury that needs specific attention or set goals in mind. We can work closely with local referrals from Local physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors to ensure a quick and positive recovery from injury or pain.


We work with a lot of runners cyclists and footballers looking to improve within their sport. Whatever your goals are we will work with you to ensure you achieve them .


2-2-1 sessions are shared with two people to one instructor. They enable you to access an assessment and individual programme designed for your specific needs.


Please note the studio is a shared space with more than one instructor working their at any given time. If you require the studio all to yourself this is classed as a private session and there will be additional charge.

 

Please note: During a 1-2-1 Pilates session the studio can and will be used by other Instructors.
